I developed the Deserve Level methodology after years of coaching executives and examining my own life by discerning what was at the core of why people did and didn't have the lives they desired. This included why people sometimes had areas that were fantastic (abundant income, great health) yet had other parts that weren't (poor relationships, a job they hated despite great pay).
Over time I realized that it boils down to Deserve Level.
That is, what you believe you deserve determines what you have in your life.
This stems from decisions unconsciously developed from previous experiences.

I also reached this place from my own life experience that has included making dreams I never thought possible come true through shifting my own Deserve Level. This included leaving a well-paying corporate job to sail the Caribbean for a year with my wife, young daughter and dog while coaching clients from around the world. Another area is my health.
After being overweight much of my adult life (and yo-yoing constantly despite exercising and trying every diet on the planet) I always stayed at least 30 pounds over what was healthy. With a Deserve Level shift I lost over 50 pounds – and I've kept it off.
By shifting their Deserve Levels my clients, both individuals and organizations, have achieved everything from tripling company revenues, dramatic increases in personal wealth, eliminating self-sabotaging behaviors, saving their marriages, achieving significant job growth (including going from almost being fired to being promoted), to losing weight and keeping it off.
